@dansup I wouldn't call Matrix a replacement for WhatsApp. Only Signal is at this moment (for the masses - don't scream XMPP-fanboys!) . Matrix is a replacement for (the none gaming usage of) Discord and Slack.

@dansup Dark mode is an accessibility feature, and shouldn't be an afterthought. There are people that are oversensitive for light. This can have a physical reason (eyesight issues) or a mental reason (e.g. autism).

@peertube Congratulations! As more people already said. No option to login with your existing Peertube account. So for me at least is this app useless until that's implemented. Also the use of the term 'Platform' for server is extremely confusing. Just call it server. Peertube itself is a platform, not the individual servers.

To continue the Anarchist Sunday School, I found the Arte documentary *No Gods, No Masters: A History of Anarchism* via Peertube. 📣 Mededeling voor algemeen nut:Zondag had ik het er al over om mijn brug met #Bluesky op te blazen (https://todon.nl/@joenepraat/113936690089640731). Het moment is daar. Ik kan het niet ethisch aan mijzelf verantwoorden om mijn content op een door durfkapitalisten, crypto-bro's en Zionisten beheerst sociaal medium rond te laten zingen. Ik had daar trouwens toch al amper interactie, compleet in tegenstelling tot Mastodon en de rest van de fediverse (1.738 volgers). Daarnaast passen Mastodon en andere fediverse-projecten beter binnen mijn ideologische kader. Namelijk anarchisme, waar het DIY-gehalte een belangrijk onderdeel van is.Dus sorry voor die 31 volgers op Bluesky.
