       they're also extremely easy to tell apart when you have learned any basics about them.knitting: 2 needles (or a circular needle), all stitches are on the needle*crochet: 1 hook, working a single stitch at a time*yeah you might take some stitches and put them onto scrap yarn for say a thumb or something, but basically all of your stitches are Held somehow

       don't know who needs to hear this[1] but it doesn't matter that your alt text is in the post body if you don't *indicate* that it's in the post body. alt text that just says "screenshot" with *actual* alt text in the post body, with no indication that's how the alt text is handled, does not pass go, does not receive 200 dollars[1] I know at least one person who needs to hear this
