       I know I could make an introduction on here, I've never felt inclined to do so, but laying it all out there just seems like it limits who I am. Oversimplifies.We are all more than a brief summary. I'm fine with my profile, the "mystery" therein. If someone wants to know me they have to stick around. And let's be honest we never truly know someone entirely, and that's great, people are evolving, more complex than first appearances.Yes, even THOSE people.Everyone has more to them. Be patient.

       Swear I’m an inch taller after my Investiture.The Cub Leader got the 4 Sixers to read a line or so each of my chosen variation of The Scout Promise, which I repeated back whilst doing the Scout Sign. And then I shook hands with the Cub Leader.Very special.And so I’m an Assistant Cub Scout Leader proper now. 😊 (One of the most outgoing Cubs came over to congratulate me.        Occurred to me I missed a step in retelling how my #Investiture went.Before the handshake from the Cub Leader one of the 4 Sixers put my necker over my head.I’m, as you would guess, taller than all the Cubs, so I had to lean forward and bow my head.And on that note, that reminds me. As I was being told where to stand relative to everyone present before we started one of the Cubs, stood with his Six waiting on me as I was being directed into position, suggested loudly that I should kneel! 😆

       It’s apparently been a year since my #investiture! Part of me still feels like I just started.So much has changed in such a short time.
