@countablenewt Sadly, we can't search for users on Loops yet, so we have to hope your videos show up in our feed for us to follow others. Hoping that is something that is added super soon as it's quite difficult to find the people we really want to follow.@loops @dansup @pixelfed

@dansup With regards to the newest iOS @loops build, couple of things I noticed. 1: When I go to Notifications and if I go to a profile of someone from my notifications, when I leave that profile, I go back to the first video on my feed(still doesn't refresh and gives me the same video I already saw), instead of taking me back to the Notification screen. 2: There is still no way to refresh the feed other than closing the app out of recents and starting it again.

@dansup Ah, very cool. With regards to #1 this seems to happen on any screen where you click the back arrow at the top of the screen, not just from the Notifications screen. Just want to make sure you're aware of that.@loops

@mike He's already served 4 years as President, so this is his final 4 years in office. It's simply not allowed that he won't be able to be President again after this 4 years is up. So yes, it will be his last rally, by law.

There's still an issue/bug on @loops by @dansup that when you go to Notifications -> Someone's Profile and then click the back button at the top of the screen, it takes you all the way back to the first video in your feed, instead of taking you back to where you just came from, which should be your notification screen. It's not a major bug, but it's certainly an annoying one when you're trying to go through your notifications and check other peoples profiles for various reasons.

@dansup Is there any ETA as to when the bug with the RSS feed will be fixed? As you can see in this post on Pixelfed, there are two photos:https://pixelfed.social/i/web/post/771308460213998835But as you can see on the post that's shared by EchoFeed by @robb only shows one photo instead of multiple photos. https://allthingstech.social/@cliffwade/113616564448682369This has been around for a LONG time and is a pretty annoying bug since people don't get to see all of the photos that are actually posted.

@dansup I believe Robb explained the bug to me as the RSS feed only lists one photo(first photo that's shown on Pixelfed) and doesn't even list that the post has any other photos, which is why when it's shared to other platforms with something like EchoFeed or anything similar, it will only ever show one photo. I feel like this effects tons of users who use services like EchoFeed and others to post their Pixelfed posts to other places.@robb

@dansup Haha, I don't ever expect you to drop what you're doing for something I mention. I worked for a very large Android app for 9 years, so I understand how all this works. I know you are extremely busy with millions of things, though I'm sure it seems like a bajillion to you yourself. @dansup Aww, Dan! You're going to make me cry over here. LOLSeriously though, this is exactly what it's all about and you are right. It is what helps us make the best platforms we can make. I love doing this stuff, and like I said, it was my job for 9 years, so it's something that just comes natural for me.
