@Tutanota Some other simple things8. Disable google advertising ID in phone settings9. Install F-Droid where you can discover many FLOSS apps deliberately not published on google play10. Switch from a fingerprint to a pin (added bonus that police in several countries can legally force your thumb onto your phone but cant legally force you to give up a pin)11. Switch from google notification servers to something else like microg and/or set notifications to not display message content or at least not display message content when the phone is locked (Im pretty sure all that can be done from notification settings)12. Switch from googles keyboard app to an open source alternative from f-droid (google has been fined millions before for illegally and secretly tracking geolocation it wouldnt surprise me if they do the same with keystrokes, and also mic and camera)13. There's a bunch of other phone-home features spread across the settings but mostly under privacy category and accessibility category that you might want to turn off if you have no use for#Google #Android #Privacy #PSA #FLOSS #FDroid #Advertising #Microg

@sammypandaThe settings menu was updated a couple of months ago, you dont have to quit a world to get to the advanced settings anymore and its more navigable.The whole game still doesn't look pretty but I've learned with FLOSS games to ignore the looks and focus on evaluating gameplay. @play0ad @sammypanda Thank you for responding,"secure the homeland for the next generation" is a nazi slogan commonly referred to as "the 14 words" as I live in england I can tell you there is a contemporary white supremacist attitude of opposing immigrants landing at or around dover across the channel referring to them as "invaders" and saying they are "destroying the country" I can say with utmost certainty that whoever wrote this knew exactly what they were referring toI need you to understand that this isnt just a fictional scenario it is a specific reference to contemporary and widespread white supremacist attitudes in england today that I see frequently in my communities#WhiteSupremacy #England #Racism #Immigration #Nazi

@sammypandaJust replying to tag sammypanda again, 0AD patch to replace the "secure our homeland for the next generation" map description looks good to me what do you think?One thing I forgot to mention earlier was specifically the 1v5 structure mirrors white nationalist beliefs that the country is being invaded by lots of different foreigners from different countries (immigrants) but saying that its the romans fixes this too I think
