@sylvia_ritter I can't imagine how someone like me could ever challenge this in court without ending in bankruptcy or having to give up at some point. And it also would hurt my audience more than Twitter. An LLM can not simply made to forget some of it's training data without being retrained, so even assuming I get my rights acknowledged, the damage is done. I'm pretty sure Twitter management knows this and will use user misconduct as a shield in court and still use the data they got that way.

@sylvia_ritter One of the issues I observed for years is that the current copyright system that (supposedly) should protect all creatives really only servers big companies. If a company like Twitter violates my copyright they make it incredibly hard to even sue them and even when you manage this they will delay and stall as long as they can. For them paying a bunch of lawyers each month is pocket money, for me even getting one to look at my case would drain my savings. And if it is the other way around companies will sue you for millions, which is, depending on the country you live in, a death sentence or at least guaranteed life long poverty, sometimes even for generations. The current copyright system is so unfair, I sometimes wonder if it would be better off without any, since companies don't seem to care anyway but at least we (small) artist would be allowed to do the same then.

@halla I'm pretty satisfied with my Tuxedo laptop. They're specifically built for Linux. Even have a little Tux key instead of the Win key.

@halla They have a convertible I have my eyes on as for recently but my current normal laptop is still good. But on the promotional material for it they even show it running Krita.
