       @Maker_of_Things @makershour #makershour hi, Maaike here. I've been making slow process on my giant patchwork robe., I've also taken part in a cool community project. A local artist designed a 35 meter tapestry commemorating the connection between local history and slavery, and that's now being made by a host of volunteers in different locations who are embroidering the whole thing. It was super fun to help, and interesting to talk about everyone's connection to history.
