       @_elena @ricmac I think the most important thing to do is just be here and be participatory so that if/when the time comes that someone is looking, the Fedi option will continue to exist. That said at times I wish I had kept my Instagram a bit longer if only to announce "Hey my stuff is on pixelfed!"

       @_elena @ricmac I haven't fully decided yet 😅 I created one at @JustinH@pixelfed.social to test-import my old Instagram feed (which worked great), but I plan on self-hosting at my own domain (when I get around to it).Perfect really is the enemy of the good when it comes to Fedi apps...
