The CGI program Sprache.cgi selects a page in a fitting language based on the browser setting.
The base name is is derived from the name of the CGI file. This also works for the name index.cgi. That can all be symbolic links to the same file.
The program searches for files with the pattern index.??.html index.??.xhtml.
