NAME
       akfnetzpass - generate obfuscated credentials for akfwebserver

SYNOPSIS
       akfnetzpass [file]

DESCRIPTION
       With  the  program  akfnetzpass you can generate obfuscated credentials
       for akfwebserver(1).

       The credentials are requested interactively.  Attention:  The  Password
       is shown while typing.

       If  a  file is given, the credentials will be apended at the end of the
       file.  It should be a configuration file for akfwebserver(1).   If  the
       file doesn't exist, it is created.

       If  no  file is given, it is shown on the standard output.  That can be
       redirected.  (The prompt is shown on standard error.)

       Important: This is no encryption!  It can easily be converted  back  to
       clear   text.   The  data  still  must  be  hidden  from  the  eyes  of
       unauthorized persons.  The obfuscation is just there, so you don't  see
       the password each time you edit the configuration file.
