Submission Guidelines

Before submitting to 2River, please read the current issue, or any past issue, of The 2River View. The poems there best indicate the 2River standard: a contemporary poetry with an image that has an edge.

If your poetry meets that standard, we'd like to read it. You can submit poems to The 2River View by sending three of four, along with a brief bio, via email to 2River@daemen.edu. Please keep in my that The 2River View accepts only unpublished and uncommitted poems.

We are also looking for essays on poetic influence, the landscape of contemporary poetry, and poetic theory. We are especially interested in essays such as these if they are hypertext or html. If you are submitting an essay, attach it as a text-only file to an email in which you summarize the essay, and send both the email and the attachment to 2River@daemen.edu.

Finally, 2River occasionally publishes collections by individual authors. You can read those titles by going to the site map. If you would like for us to consider your manuscript, please attach it to an email to 2River@daemen.edu.
