The Paumanok Review accepts advertising which is consistent with the theme and content of the magazine. This includes, but is not limited to, services, publications, programs, organizations, and materials of interest to writers and artists.
Advertising is available in three formats:
Classified ads
Up to ten lines, including links. Classified ads are free to contributors for the life of the magazine.Banner ads
These ads are 60*468 pt and will be displayed at the bottom of the voices, visions, veritas, and journey index pages. A sufficient number of ads will warrant the use of a rotation system. Banner advertisers also benefit from a link with icon or graphic on the "Sponsors" page of the site.Button ads
These ads are 50*90 pt and are displayed on one side of one of the aforementioned indices or on the bottom of the same. A sufficient number of ads will warrant the use of a rotation system. Purchasers of button ads receive a smaller graphical link on the "Sponsors" page than companies or individuals with banner ads.
Banner and button ads will be indexed in the "Archives" section of TPR. At no time will ads be permitted above the masthead, on the main index page, or on the pages of individual contributors, unless a prior agreement has been reached with that individual. Animated ads will be accepted at the discretion of the editor.
Design services are available.
HTML galleys are e-mailed a minimum of five working days before the advertisement is scheduled to be posted.

The Paumanok Review will not be held responsible for server problems involving E-text, for hardware or incompatibility errors, for unavoidable circumstances such as medical emergencies, or for fire, flood, or other Acts of God. Payment is 50 per cent on signing, 50 per cent on publication unless otherwise negotiated at time of signing. Invoices are mailed (1) within five working days after the contract is received and (2) within five working days of when the advertisement becomes public.
The editor has the right to find advertising material inappropriate for The Paumanok Review. In such a case, the advertiser can choose to rework or rework the ad, to accept TPR's design services rate ($25.00/hr), or to terminate the contract, in which case the first payment is retained by The Paumanok Review.
