Once you get confirmation, you will still get a few messages as mail
queues from around the internet clear. If you are still getting messages
a week after, than there is a problem. If you have a problem, send mail
to me vworlds-list-owner@netcom.com, do not send mail to the list.

to unsubscribe, send a message to listserv@netcom.com

the message subject is irrelevant

the message body should read:

unsubscribe vworlds-list <your e-mail address>

if you have a problem, send mail to vworlds-list-owner@netcom.com (me)
do not send mail to the list.
