Concretizing the theorizing

I've noticed that after the initial flurry of ideas on this list, we
seem to have lost steam. I think it's because we need to ground our
discussion in something more tangible, so that ideas can be directed,
stored up, and built upon.

Therefore, I propose that we pick an existing work of art, and talk
about how we could extend that work of art into the realm of virtual
reality. Particularly into realms where we assume realtime multi-user
interactions as we have been discussing.

So if you guys like the possibilities of this approach, let's pick
some art. Here are some ideas, by no means exhaustive:

- Paintings by Francis Bacon
- Paintings by Salvador Dali
- Paintings by Vincent Van Gogh
- Music by the Beatles (aka The Yellow Submarine)
- Fantasia
- Hamlet
- Waiting for Godot

It really doesn't matter what we pick, as long as everyone can fairly
easily get ahold of the work in question. So fire away.

Cheers,
Brandon
