Critique accepts advertising which is consistent with the theme and content of the magazine. This includes, but is not limited to, services, publications, programs, organizations, and materials of interest to the reading public. 
      Contributors to Critique receive one free index page banner per article. Feature articles are worth two ads. Once you have earned this credit, it is transferable. This offer has no expiration. More information is available in the staff manual.

Banner ads
These ads are 60*468 pt and will be displayed at the bottom of the index, staff, welcome, or submission page. A sufficient number of ads will warrant the use of a rotation system.

Button ads
These ads are 50*90 pt and are displayed on one side of the staff, welcome, or submission page or on the bottom of the same. A sufficient number of ads will warrant the use of a rotation system.

PDF ads
Will be distributed with the full PDF version of the publication, and archived in the same. These are text-only ads, up to five lines in length including links.

 
      HTML galleys are e-mailed a minimum of three working days before the advertisement is scheduled to be posted.  
      Design services are available.

      Critique will not be held responsible for server problems involving E-text, for hardware or incompatibility errors, for unavoidable circumstances such as medical emergencies, or for fire, flood, or other Acts of God. Invoices are mailed within five working days of when the advertisement becomes public.  
      The publisher has the right to find advertising material inappropriate for Critique. In such a case, the advertiser can choose to rework or rework the ad, to accept Critique's design services rate, or to terminate the contract.
