US copyright law recognizes the concept of a "contributing infringer";
i.e. a person aware of the infringement who facilitates the copyright
infringement. I hadn't considered the question in this context but I can
see that the argument might be made. By directing persons to the
infringing pages, you could conceivably be aiding and abetting the
infringement.
