That's an excellent point, but I still see a difference between publishing
a telephone number vs. anchoring a link to a URL in a web page. The
distinction may not be legally significant (we won't know until it is
tested, if ever), but link seems more intrusive ... perhaps it is more
akin to public display and/or performance than copying.
