Before using Zip 2000 for the first time, you should use the SysMerge
program to merge the System folder here with your master System folder.
Read SysMerge's help file for more info.

This version of Zip 2000 has support for Blorb files containing
Audio IFF sound samples and PNG graphics. However, at the time of
writing (23rd August 1998), there are only 8 Blorb story files in
existence of which I am aware, and most of these do not work. This
is not Zip 2000's fault, so please do not report these as bugs:

The Blorb File, by Graham Nelson
    --------------------------------
This contains an incorrect usage of the SOUND_EFFECT opcode,
causing the game to crash after any sound effect is played.

The Lurking Horror, blorbed by Jason Penney
    -------------------------------------------
The Blorb file does not contain any directives to loop the
sound effects, so a number of sound effects that should be
    continuous will only play briefly.

Arthur, Journey, Shogun and Zork Zero, blorbed by Jason Penney
    --------------------------------------------------------------
These contain three faults. Firstly, a number of placeholder
images that the story files require to measure screen
positions are missing, so the display of all, except possibly
Journey, appears scrambled. Secondly, none of the images that
should have transparent sections are correctly marked as
transparent. Thirdly, there is not yet any way in Blorb to
deal with images like the Zork Zero compass rose that can
change colour, so a number of images will appear in bizarre
colours. A Blorb extension to cope with this is being discussed
    by the Implementers.
