This means the specific way parts of our system of laws and governance interact, which can not be predicted by any single component. It is also looking primarily at income and class spectrum. These are generally long-term disabilities in our society in terms of addressing problems. Finally, it h as the goal of promoting multivalence. The characteristics of symbiotic federalism help define its execution. There must be monetary input from a national level primarily, and a managerial input from the state and local level primarily. This is a calling to the natural strengths of each aspect of our government. In terms of taxation, any increase of taxes must be from top to bottom. In comparison, any decrease of taxes must be from bottom to top. The references to \ldblquote top\rdblquote and \ldblquote bottom\rdblquote are in regards to the en dpoints of the income spectrum. A strategic approach to taxation is realistic in terms of whether or not individuals have the ability to pay taxes and sustain themselves. The legal right of jury nullification is upheld and practiced, but subject to Suprem e Court review. Laws have their own internal system of logic, but must reflect in some capacity the outside logic of the world and its situations. There must be non-invasive state decisions concerning federal regulation of civil rights, but there must also be non-specific national standards to preserve the legal rights of states to address issues. Any type of attitude towards the separation of powers in our nation must have a focus. This would include shortening the income spectrum, free-floating political c ohorts in dealing with problems, and community in many forms. There would also be direct avenues of democratic accountability, a market capitalism of ideas, and an eco-system model of goods and services. Most importantly, the identity of voter, consumer, p roducer, worker, and demographic unit would be interchangeable. Symbiotic federalism is a durable way of looking at the unique way the American government is structured for the sake of personal freedom and effective law. There is still the balance between state and national levels of power, but there is the recognition of their constant stimulation of each other. \par }\pard\plain \s2\keepn\widctlpar\outlinelevel1\adjustright \b\cgrid {\b0 \par }{\ul SOMATIC DADAISM }{\b0 \par }\pard\plain \widctlpar\adjustright \fs20\cgrid {\fs24 \par }\pard\plain \s15\widctlpar\adjustright \cgrid {There is a mental attitude toward somatic dadaism. It is necessary to understand this view of how the body is organized on a day-to-day level. Somatic dadaism starts out as an abstract idea, but becomes concrete through the mental attitude called dispossession. Dispossession is the ability to experience direct sensory experiences through indirect imagined and inferred exp e rience. It is the rearrangement of primary and secondary perception in such a way that the giver of a stimulus senses the stimulation as a receiver. One dispossesses the structure of the physical self in order to incorporate parts that are not traditional l y considered to comprise a single body. This process exists in the imagination, but is willfully executed in the physical through elaborate means. Dispossession does not affect the obvious location, and surface definition, of physical bodies. It is by dis p ossession that one can fully experience the non-unified interaction of levels and parts, as well as multiple definitions, in a system of the body. Overall, somatic dadaism is the recognition of the many definitions of the human body, and how these definit i ons reshape mental attitudes and organizing principles of the body. Not only is there a body in terms of sociality, but also a body in terms of economics, sex, beauty, life sustenance, art, and mobility as well as others. These different types of bodies s h are the interaction of different systems of biology, chemistry, and engineering that work together to make a total of a human being. The body itself, where existentially humans always find themselves positioned in, is a composite of parts that are central or peripheral depending on the definition of the body that is used. Somatic dadaism is the acknowledgement of the blurred boundaries of these different definitions, yet at the same time is an attempt to fracture the composite to allow the multiple levels o f meaning and interaction to surface and become apparent. Not only does this treat the body as a work in progress, but opens the field of self-satisfaction by apprehending new ways of viewing and using the human body beyond a shell of flesh and bone. Fina lly, somatic dadaism is a mature step beyond identity politics, that is too concerned with static details, and reunites one with a more robust existential way to empower oneself in a dynamic discourse. \par \par }\pard\plain \widctlpar\adjustright \fs20\cgrid {\b\fs24\ul POSTULATES ON MULTIVALENCE \par }{\b\fs24 in government and society}{\fs24 \par \par }\pard\plain \s15\widctlpar\adjustright \cgrid { Multivalence is a new term that requires a thorough definition. It is a multiple use and outlook of components, and working with lines of force and flow. Also, it is understanding synergy and machine assemblages according to the philosopher Gilles Deleuze , as well as having a community base and global superstructure. This would require connecting local communities directly with global networks, as well as comprehending relationships between parts that can not be predicted by looking at the parts alone. The applications of multivalence can include: hollowing out ideological structures such as in political party affiliations, making paradigms user-friendly by cutting through systems, promoting self-sustenance in place-based communities, making virtual communi t ies ubiquitous and compatible, and using data from post-industrial anthropology concretely in regards to other applications. Any focus of multivalence should include symbiotic federalism, a resurgence of lyceums for public study, utilization of media viru s techniques, and a many-nodal participatory democracy where there are multiple avenues for citizens to act in government. Other focus areas would be a niche culture as new type of populism, non-conformist suburbanization, cooperative economics, cybernetic homeostasis for our social capital, and somatic dadaism for our politics of identity. The goals of a multivalent approach are making the most of real supplies, and a clearing-house for imagination and innovation. This also includes fluidity of gender, ide n tity, and legal obligation for empowerment purposes, as well as recognizing the customizing directive in a mass-produced situation. Now that many features can be used in a post-industrial society and economy, conformity is no longer necessary as a way to l ive through this way of production. Multiple aspects and features, that travel by way of ideas acting as viruses, create the possibility for new uses of existing parts of a structure which itself is fading into philosophical and sociological history. Mult i valence states that what is already there can be the start of new revolutionary procedures, simply by using new approaches to old instruments, functions, and establishments. The only caveat is that there is no ideology upon approach, since it is ideology t hat limits imagination and innovation. Within the static structures, there are dynamic forces that move in and out, and by their action realign the meaning of the structures. This is put into literal practice by multivalence, for the sake of redefining th e overall meaning of the structures for a new use that is better than its original purpose. Instead of destroying the old, multivalence hopes to bring the old, the now, and the new together for the sake of using its best capabilities to foster human needs. In other words, multivalence is a salvaging mission within the project of modern civilization for the sake of continuing the project, freed from tradition. \par }}
