I patched together the documentation file 032-run-.wiz as best I could... hope this helps. I haven't run the program in my 032 VCII to verify the displays but wanted to get this on the board ASAP... Bruce KEYPRESS 999 = 1.- INSTALLATION 2.- UNIT SETTINGS 3.- RATING CELING 4.- RATING PASSWORD 5.- STOCK OPERATION MODE 6.- TEST OPERATION MODE 7.- STOCK BOX MENU 8.- ENTER CIPHER CODE ( ENTER 1 TO 8 ) SETUP 1 Looks like this and does not display the UNIT ID NUMBER (which was determined earlier). KEYPRESS = SETUP 1 V.U. METER :50/50 SEVICE ID :77 TEST MODE ONLY SETUP 2, SETUP 3, SETUP 4, all funtions as in standalone VideoCipher. SETUP 5 will return the unit to STOCK OPERATION and it will receive only the stations that it us authorized to. This is useful in determining if they are turning off the channels that you had authorized while turning you on to channels that you have not authorized. Note: after pressing SETUP 5 you must change channels for this to take effect. SETUP 6 will resume to TEST OPERATION. SETUP 7 will return to the stock box menu with only setups 1 through 4 being displayed as in a stock VIDEOCYPHER. SETUP 8 will display the following screen: KEYPRESS = SETUP 8 2899 6005 8346 F22E ENTER A CIPHER CODE..... The number at the top of the page are the previous ciphercodes. If you have not yet entered any cipher codes, then the top line will display zeros. To enter new cipher codes simply type them in in additive decimal numbers. For example the CIPHER CODES for FEBRUARY are: (hex) 28 99 60 05 83 46 F2 2E THESE SHOULD BE ENTERED AS: 02080909 < ENTER > 06000005 < ENTER > 08030406 < ENTER > 96020295 < ENTER > As you type in each line, the number will appear on the bottom row on the right hand side of the screen and they will disappear when you press enter. These codes will bemail to you monthly and you will receive then 15 days before they are needed. Once the codes are typed in and the VideoCipher is placed in TEST MODE, the sound will turn on and the SETUP 0 screen will look like this: V 3.1 5F0012 0000 1565 001A2111 00 2E77 8301 00 SA 2F9435 If interested, leave a message to Oscar Rangel Downloaded From P-80 International Information Systems 304-744-2253
