   Quartz.rutgers.edu was a popular archive site that existed in the
   pre-WWW days, 1990-1994. Quartz.rutgers.edu is no more, and its
   archive is sadly out of date. As of June 1997, many files have been
   removed that have now become useless, or have been superseded by files
   available on other Web sites. Below is a short list of what's here and
   where to find some stuff that has been removed. (Since this archive
   has suffered from being out of date, rather than trying to maintain a
   list of web sites that have similar content, the surfer is directed to
   any of a number of popular search engines.)
