David, Opportunities for MA level sociologists are a little rare generally. The ASA bulletin will be of little help. With your computer skills, you can sell yourself as a sociological practicioner with some think tanks. You will find that you will not generally see specific requests for MA sociologists, but you will see some that seek people with MA's in "related field" especially in the public sector. Your very best absolutely best approach to educating yourself further about potential jobs at the masters level is to seek an internship in a field that you find useful.
