Intellectual arguments are most welcome, but it should not be necessary to subject us all to something that has become what I consider a "pissing match" to impress others or denigrate each other. SO what do you or I do about it.. its a free net.. and this is just another dull episode I now simply trash anything that Christian writes without reading it, (and anything Tom writes in reply to Christian) Christian's approach seems to me to be one of 'flamming', and that is totally boring. Another possible way of dealing with this if you find it irritating is to return the writers email message to them (not to the list) with minimal comment. If enough people return the mail "unopened" - the sender might get the message. Regards, Chris.
