Somehow my e-mail program crashed and I lost the "Call for Papers" that 
was sent out yesterday regarding a Southwest Meeting in Austin, TX.
Could somebody please forward me another copy, It would be greatly 
apprecioated because I just completed a course about the SOCIOECONOMIC 
and ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS OF NAFTA, and some tof the stuff from that 
course went right along with the description. I am seriously considereing 
writing a paper because I have not presented any papers at meetings yet 
and I have completed my 1st year of the Master's program. How many 
publications and presentations of Papers are needed to get into a 
mediocre or good PhD program? What is a good number of each?
