I'm planning to apply for a scholarship to study in Japan, but I have no
idea about the universities there.  I have a list of universities that
have programs in sociology and /or cultural studies, but I have no idea
about the quality of education in each.  
If any of you have any information especially about good universities
where the language of instruction is English, please inform me.
