Actually, you can get a list of persons subscribed to socgrad by sending 
the command

review socgrad

in the body of an email message addressed to listproc@csf.colorado.edu

If you are uncomfortable with having your email address publicly available in
this way, send the command

set socgrad conceal yes

to the same address. This will keep your address from being listed whenever
someone other than the list owner reviews the list of subscribers.
