Dear Joe Surfer Vigil,
        I must apologize. I never realized that perpetuating tasteless 
stereotypes about gays was actually "deconstruction".  
        Perhaps ascii is incapable of rendering "subtle relationships among 
concepts"...but when one reiterates malicious generalizations about groups 
of people one must be explicit about the purpose of doing so. Otherwise, the 
"subtle relationships" alluded to are lost. 
        So, your name is Joe "Surfer" Vigil?  This is important...because it 
is in anonymity that homophobia has always flourished. If you must hide 
behind a pen name one must question your motives for participating in this 
list.
