And someone thinks I'm out of control. First, I think that it is safe to say that Christian and I settled our differences outside of this forum. That ax has been buried. Secondly, it really doesn't bother me when personal attacks are thrown my way. However, I do get concerned when my friends are attacked, and that is why I was quick to come to T.R.'s defense, and bitter over his decision to leave the list next year. As for me, I plan to leave the list today. It no longer serves a purpose for me, or for most graduate students. At least that is what my friends here and elsewhere tell me. Perhaps I live in a world that is on the fringe, but at least it is a world where respect, love, and compassion really mean something, where we respect our elders for who they are and what they have done with their lives, where we don't hide our emotions, but value them as an integral part of human existence. Best to everyone and the work they do, and if I can ever offer someone assistance please don't hesitate to let me know. All the best, Tim Chester ______________________________________ Timothy M.
