However, I did pledge money to our local campus radio station which carries Pacifica news (funded in part by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting). I do think instead of questioning whether Sesame Street or even Washington Week in Review will go anywhere, a more interesting question would be whether Wall Street Week, the McLaughlin Group, or Firing Line will go anywhere, especially given the increasingly right-wing ownership of the major television networks which would gladly find space on Sunday morning/afternoon for such shows would the opportunity present itself.
