Social science data has, for most of this century been taken into consideration
 in Supreme Court cases -- including employee rights, etc.  Brown vs. Board
of Education was not an exception -- the only historical issue that needs to
be addressed is Coleman's studies were done in the mid-1960's. a bit late for
Brown vs. Board of Education.
