I wonder...

  ...is there anyone among us who has read the book and not just reviews?

To the best of my knowledge the book was only just released this 
week.   

I flipped through it in a bookstore last night.  Although the 
reviews refer to it as an 800-page book (800 pound gorilla), the 
main text is about 550 pages, with several appendices.  It looks 
readable, i.e., directed at the general public.

I understand that an entire issue of the New Republic has been 
devoted to it.
