I missed the original complaint about TR Young's postings, but I would like to
make one comment about the defense of his right to post: I agree that
everyone has a right to post their perspectives, and they even have a right to
frame their posts any way they like. I personally find TR Young's
legitimation-ploy (i.e., since it is "sponsored" by an "institute", it is some-
how more than just another perspective from another grad student) annoying, and
habitually discard his/her posts unread. If you have something to say, just say
it!
