But I definitely want to make plans to see you in Omaha -- what do you think about Saturday? I'd love to see you on Friday too. I'm excited about the wedding, and seeing you and Beth and Jay and Brig and the whole cast of characters. LA was pretty good, all in all. I spent a lot of time away from the conference -- Venice Beach, Santa Monica promenade, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, etc -- being driven around by good LA friends. I missed seeing many of my sociology friends, unfortunately, but DC will be a chance to catch up when I'm less busy (we move the day I get back from Omaha, etc.).
