I did have the e-mail address but can't seem to locate it at the moment.
There was a detailed explanation on how to connect to it, who is in charge
of it and what they do with the messages etc.  To get this information, as
well as the address, please send a message to PSN (progressive
sociologists network) psn@vaxf.colorado.edu    You might have to subscribe
to this network first by sending a message saying sub psn.  Hope it works.
