What I have heard is that people are using the network that was set up
during the campaign, but lately has been overrun. Furthermore, the mail on
this network does not go to President Clinton, but to someone else who
disseminated information during the campaign. So as of now, I have heard
there is no way to E-mail President Clinton.

But there is hope. I have also heard that President Clinton has asked several
individuals to establish a computer link to the White House. If I hear of
anything, I'll post it on this board.
