It also seems to be wide spread. If there is anyone out there who knows of a school that DOES hire their grads right after graduation, speak up please, so we can see the other side of the coin.... In response to others -- I still don't see it... Let me try to explain. 1. A school says that they will teach people about sociology. 2. They graduate a student, saying they have an understand of sociology. 3. The school won't hire the graduate because they don't have a DIVERSE understanding of sociology. For 3. to be true, than 1. or 2. has to be false. Either the school isn't teaching DIVERSITY of thought, or the schools graduate students too early, without enough education..... SKEE
