Here is question for one and all...
I have recently been informed (Informally) that the University of Nebraska
at Lincoln doesn't hire their own graduates to teach.  I have a question
about this...  If they are trying to get diversity, and can't find it
in their graduates than I say there is a problem with their teaching...
Either they don't foster diversity of thinking, or their student
population is too homogeneous.  To say that you will not hire the people
you educate is to invalidate the education.....
