I agree with you that this is a serious situation, but while I've studied
Europe and Asian ethnic conflicts, I know little about the history of the
Hutus & Tutsis in central Africa.  Perhaps someone who has studied this
could share his or her information and give us some ideas about the roots
of this conflict.
