HUMANITARIAN ISSUES

UNHCR wishes to update its roster of
policy research and evaluation specialists. 
Consultants who wish to be included on the
roster should have proven expertise in
refugee and humanitarian issues, field
research or operational experience, as well
as first-class writing and analytical skills. 
Knowledge of UNHCR programmes would
