I would be delighted to help in this. I am a PhD student. I think that I 
have found a key point--trigger mechanism--for 'ethnic' conflict. If my 
idea pans out it will mean that one should be able to predict future 
'ethnic' conflict many years before it erupts into violence. Rather like 
looking for tell tale cells that might indicate a high risk of cancer. I 
have had a great deal of encouragement in this, but no money. Would 
anyone be able to suggest organisations that I might be able to 
approach? I have paid for this work myself and will be running out of 
money in the next couple of months.
