I approved and passed on a message in the MIME format because some of you
might know how to decode it and also to make the point to those who send
messages out that they should try to send their submissions out in readable
form, if possible.  Contact a consultant on your campus. If there is nobody
to help you there, contact me again and I will try to find someone who knows
how to deal with encoded messages.
