Subject: hate groups
To all,

I am not aware of any skinhead groups as such in the City of Stockholm 
receiving support from the municipality.  However, certain youth
programs including outreach activities directed to skinheads, run
out of an activities house known as the Fryshuset, have received substantial
financial and logistics support from the municipality which stands to
be renewed in current municipal budget negotiations despite heavy resis-
tance.  This support is extended under the same provisions as those used
for financing local cultural activities from discretionary municipal funds.
I'll have to get back to you with more exact details as end-of-the-semester 
rush is seriously constraining my time right now.
