The traffic on this list seems very modest when compared with, say, the Anglican list, where there are frequently more than 100 messages per day - that's right, per day. (I'm currently "nomail" on that list because of pressure of work.) One thing I'm not clear about in this proposal: is it intended to apply only to PSN or to PSN-CAFE too? Having chosen to go with the unmoderated version, I don't really want to see moderation coming in through the back door. Finally, I hope that this is not aimed at one member of the list, and that Rodney Coates is mistaken or being over-sensitive. I don't have time to read all of Rodney's posts, but I would deplore a sledgehammer approach seeking to prevent him from posting. Alan Harrison (University of Wolverhampton)
