Subject: Self-Moderation - Put it to a Vote!
Dear PSNers,

Personally I am opposed to numerically limiting the amount of
submissions.  Despite my lack of interest in some of the discussion, my
finger is not that strained by hitting the delete key.

However, I think if we are truly "progressive," than why not put this
question to a vote rather than having a few decide for the rest of us. 
Are there any seconds on the motion?
