Subject: urban stats
I am doing some research on migrant labor in southern Africa and have a
question regarding percent urban statistics.  Are seasonal residents in urban
areas counted when calculating the percent urban?  I am using UN published
information and have not found any reference to temporary migration to urban
areas.
