The core texts are Peter Conrad's THE SOCIOLOGY OF HEALTH AND ILLNESS; OUR BODIES, OURSELVES FOR THE NEW CENTURY; and my THE ECLIPSE OF THE STATE MENTAL HOSPITAL. I would like to use the World Wide Web as a resource in teaching the course--can anyone make suggestions about the best sites or ways of using them? (If you want to respond to me individually, I will compile the responses and post them at a later date.) Thanks for any help. George W.
