It was narrated by Charlayne Hunter-Gault for PBS. It was, indeed, very powerful. I used it in the late 70s and 80s to introduce a medical sociology course that focused on uneven development and inequality within medicine. As Prof. Twaddle notes, the contrast between the public and private facility was striking, and I would organize the course around the question of "how is this possible?" Dale J.
