Topics may include, but are not limited to, decisions about the beginning and end of life and about the allocation of scarce medical resources. Both theoretical and empirical contributions are welcome, as are papers dealing with public policy issues. Papers should be 20-30 pages in length. The deadline for the completed paper is Oct. 1, 1998.
