I was a postdoctoral trainee in an NIMH-sponsored program at the UCLA
School of Public Health, "Epidemiology and Evaluation Methods in Mental
Health."  I was Director of Program Evaluation at the Buffalo Psychiatric
Center from 1980-1982, and am the author of <underline>The Eclipse of the
State Mental Hospital </underline>(Albany: State University of New York
Press, 1996).  Please let me know if you need more information.
