Thank you for the information, Carsten. This should interest anyone in the trade union movement anywhere on the planet. The issue you raise is the extent to which the powers that be get away with substituting lower paid workfare labour for statute and union protected fairly paid labour. And I don't doubt that they will try many more clever ways to go about it before this is resolved. FWP.
